Your departure leaves from Club Nàutic de Cambrils, right in the port of Cambrils (Tarragona, Costa Daurada). It’s an easy place to find and very well connected, but if it’s your first time it pays to have a couple of things clear before you set off: how to get there, where to leave the car and what time to turn up. Here’s everything.

Getting there by car

Cambrils sits right next to the AP-7 motorway and the N-340, so arriving by car is the easiest option. Roughly:

  • From Barcelona: heading down the AP-7 or the C-32, it’s about 1 h 15 – 1 h 30 to Cambrils. Take the exit towards Cambrils and follow the signs for the marina (port deportiu).
  • From Tarragona: you’re very close, around 20 – 25 minutes on the N-340 or the motorway. Cambrils is the next stop along the coast after Salou.
  • From Reus (and Reus airport): barely 15 – 20 minutes by car. It’s the quickest option if you fly in.

Once in Cambrils, look for signs to the Port or the Club Nàutic. The port area is well signposted and the club sits right by the moorings.

Getting there by train

If you’d rather not drive, the train is a great alternative:

  • Cambrils has its own Rodalies/Renfe station, with connections from Barcelona, Tarragona and Reus.
  • From Cambrils station to the port it’s a short hop: about a 15 – 20 minute walk down towards the sea, or a quick taxi ride.

Coming by train saves you the parking and drops you a stone’s throw from the meeting point.

Where to park near the port

If you drive, there are several options around the port of Cambrils:

  • Parking areas along the port promenade, a few minutes’ walk from the club. In high season and at weekends they fill up early, so leave yourself a margin.
  • Car parks and parking zones around the port and the town centre, a handy alternative if the front-row spaces are taken.

A practical tip: in summer, on Saturdays and on public holidays the port gets busy. Set off with time to spare and, if you can, consider parking a little further out and walking a few minutes rather than circling for a spot by the water.

The meeting point and what time to arrive

The meeting point is Club Nàutic de Cambrils. When you confirm your booking we send you the exact location and, if you need it, we guide you over WhatsApp on the day itself.

On timing:

  • Arrive about 15 minutes before your booked slot. That leaves time to check in calmly, run through the handling briefing and cast off on time.
  • The slot you book is the time the boat is yours, so the sooner you’re ready, the more time on the water you get.

If you’re running late or get lost on the way, just message us — what matters is that you arrive relaxed.
