Frequently asked about Pampa Boats
No. La Pampa is a recreational vessel up to 15 HP that can be rented without any nautical licence. We give you a 15-minute briefing before departure and you'll be ready to navigate safely. El Gaucho requires a boating licence, but if you don't have one you can hire a skipper separately.
Booking is done online through our website in just a few minutes. Payment is secure via Stripe (credit or debit card). You'll receive a booking confirmation email with all the details of your meeting point.
If adverse weather conditions (strong winds, significant swell) make the trip unsafe, we'll let you know in advance. You'll have two options: reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund. Safety always comes first.
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. There's a cooler on board for your use. If you'd like us to prepare everything for you, you can add our Premium Cooler extra, which includes a selection of wines, cheeses and Iberian charcuterie.
Yes. All our boats are fully insured in accordance with Spanish maritime regulations. Insurance covers the hull and third-party liability. Personal belongings are not covered, so we recommend not bringing valuables on board.
La Pampa can carry up to 5 people. El Gaucho can accommodate up to 5 people. In both cases, the price is per boat, not per person — so the more people you bring, the better value it becomes.
All our trips depart from the Port of Cambrils, in Tarragona (Costa Daurada). It's a convenient and easy-to-find marina with nearby parking. We'll send you exact meeting point instructions in your confirmation email.
We offer morning, afternoon and sunset departures depending on availability. Exact times depend on the boat and duration chosen. During the online booking process you'll be able to see all available time slots for your selected date.
Yes, children are very welcome. We provide certified life jackets for all ages and sizes. Children under 14 must wear their life jacket at all times while underway. Please let us know the ages of any children when booking.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows are also non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather conditions, you are entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling.
