Cancellation Policy

Pampa Boats cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. This policy applies to all vessels and trip durations available at Pampa Boats.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable. This window covers the operator's preparation costs: loaded fuel, organised crew, and skipper time reserved specifically for your trip.

No-Show

If you fail to appear at the meeting point at the agreed time without prior notice, no refund will be issued. If you are running late, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you subject to the day's conditions.

Weather Cancellations

If the operator cancels the trip due to adverse weather conditions (wind above Beaufort force 4, significant swell, storms, or other conditions that compromise safety), the customer is entitled to: (1) a full refund of the amount paid, processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or (2) free rescheduling to a mutually agreed date and time.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, send an email to hola@pampaboats.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your booking reference and departure date. Cancellations submitted by email or WhatsApp before the applicable deadline will be processed automatically.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking (credit or debit card via Stripe) within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
